What we collect

When you send a project brief or email us: your name, email address, the project details you choose to write, and any optional details such as company, stage, timeline or budget range.

When you arrive from a campaign or link: the campaign parameters in the address (such as utm_source or fbclid), the page you landed on and the referring site. We attach these to your enquiry so we know which conversation they belong to.

Basic technical data such as your IP address and browser type appears in our hosting provider’s server logs.

How we use it

We use enquiry details to reply to you, to scope and quote work, and to follow up on the conversation you started.

We only measure the effect of advertising if you accept the optional marketing measurement described below.

Cookies and local storage

The site stores your consent choice and campaign attribution in your browser’s local or session storage. These are first-party and never sent to anyone unless you submit a brief.

If marketing measurement is switched on for this site, the Meta Pixel loads only after you accept it, and you can decline. Nothing from Meta loads before then.

Who we share it with

Service providers that help us run the site and receive your message, such as hosting and email providers, process data on our behalf. If you accept marketing measurement, Meta also receives visit and enquiry events. We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to respond and follow up, and delete them when you ask.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, and you can withdraw your marketing consent at any time by clearing this site’s storage in your browser. Where you live may give you further rights, and you may complain to your local data protection authority.
