Security
How Pulse-Plus protects your data
What the product does, in plain terms, and where its limits are.
Organizations are separate
Your organization comes from your signed-in account on the server, never from anything the browser sends. Automated tests try to reach another organization’s data.
Permissions are checked on the server
Hiding a button is never the only protection. Each request is checked against the person’s role, and nobody can give an account a role stronger than their own.
Changes and sign-ins are recorded
Changes to records, sign-ins, lockouts and denied requests are written to an audit trail, with patient identifiers masked.
Sessions and sign-in are hardened
Salted password hashes, rate-limited sign-in and short-lived rotating tokens. Suspending an organization ends its sessions.
Secrets stay out of the code
Keys and connection strings come from the environment, and the app refuses to start with missing or weak security settings.
Built to be tested
Isolation, permissions and booking rules have automated tests, and the main flows are checked end to end against a real SQL Server database.

Questions, answered
Is my clinic’s data kept separate from other customers?
Yes. Each organization is separated on the server, and attempts to reach another organization’s data are covered by automated tests. We do not claim any compliance certification.
Can it merge duplicate patients automatically?
No. Registration warns you about likely matches and shows why, but nothing is merged without a person deciding.
Is it available in Arabic?
Yes. Every screen is available in Arabic and English, with a true right-to-left layout.
How much does Pulse-Plus cost?
Pulse-Plus is in early access and no price is published yet. Tell us about your clinic and we will propose a pilot, so you can judge it on your own front desk before committing.
